My journey as a dance artist and choreographer has been inspired and driven by a deep desire to understand movement in all its forms. My training at Trinity Laban Conservatoire (2002-2006) gave me a strong foundation in a range of performance and choreographic practices which I continue to develop and expand in my work as a choreographer, dancer and director.
My portfolio career has kept me curious about the language of movement and my work explores the very human aspect of movement and dance, returning to the question of why we dance and what keeps us dancing. I have worked extensively as a movement director for film and theatre and continue to collaborate with a range of artists through teaching and creative projects.

My company STATE OF FLUX produced a range of projects across live performance and film and have recently been awarded Best Experimental Film at both Manchester and Shared Visions Film Festivals.
